Great little fan ….
Having a quiet fan at night time, during warm weather, is great. With this one you can choose the speed, the oscillation and the timer is brilliant especially if you only need it for a short period of time. The double fan provides you with plenty of cool air, with ease of cleaning when required. Is pretty sturdy when placed on flat surfaces and doesn’t take up much room either.

Non intrusive,very quiet
A smart looking good quality small fan. Very quiet on first setting,(3 buttons, first on is power,I only need to use it on low setting,it's very powerful, one each press increases power, until 3rd press which turns it off.) good oscillation action by middle button,3rd button is the timer, one press and it cuts off after 2hrs, presumably further presses increase the time by an hour, easy to work out.very easy to fall asleep it's on,cause it's so quiet.Small stature, ease of movement and more importantly won't take up a lot of space when it's stored for 51 weeks. Great value, nice price. Works by usb cable to socket converter.

It's a breeze.. But could be better.
The cooling effect is good for an average size room but I wouldn't go for top speed, especially at night because you may sleep on top of mount everest it's that loud. The effective is good though being able to adjust both fans either in static or oscillating mode and having a 2- 6 hr timer is good idea too so you can fall asleep and forget about it. There is no remote for it but the controls are childs play. It's a little pricy for what is but it's a good space saver and... it cuts out if you move it, a safety feature I guess.Oscilation is fine on low mode but it sounds like a 747 taking off in full mode.I'm glad I got it but I really do prefer the, quieter, more powerful model. Just a little heads up.

Great value
Excellent value. Surprised at how powerful it is. Usual volume of fan noise on low and medium. Slightly loud on high.

Not for light sleepers
I bought this thinking it would be somewhat quiet but after a fair few uses, or even from the onset of using, it has an annoying and inconsistent hum to it, and the fans constantly sound like they're loose but they're not. It blows air nicely though and keeps me nice and cool, even if the ambient air is particularly warm.

Such a cute little fan. U can see the size next to my monster, the flow is pretty good! The sound isnt bad, it kind of sounds like when ur xbox overheats and is about to take off but its not loud! For the price its very decent im very happy :)

Dr prepare fan with swing feature
I read the reviews about this fan and they were very good so thought I would get one, ordered fri came Saturday, well what can I say, it’s absolutely brilliant I have never had a fan so quiet you don’t know it’s on, on the med &high function it is really very powerful yet still not noisy like most others, the swing feature is also very good, so pleased I ordered it and will be ordering another one soon, definitely a good buy and a good price

I'm giving it a 4* review because I'm buying another one, not because it is (near to) the greatest
Wouldn't it be nice if all product descriptions were complete, honest and accurate? This fan: not bad.Plus points: energy consumption does seem to be lower than other fans (16w stated - my rubbish smart meter thinks this may be roughly accurate); low power is fairly quiet (but it is a fan, so not silent, right?); powerful enough for one person (ie won't chill a room); oscillation mechanism is quiet and functional (on mine, anyway - some other reviews are not impressed); build quality not too bad; look and carry-ability good.Minus points: doesn't tilt, so needs to be positioned at the same height you might want air to me moved at (if it tilted, even just a bit, and even with a wider footprint to stop it falling over, it would be a great fan!); goes to full power when you turn it on (eg if using a voice activation switch); mid and high power the same amount of noise as most other fans (but at a slightly higher pitch, given the small fan size)Summary: as in the title, I'm buying another one. Cheap to run, easy to store, and does the job.
