The media could not be loaded. I just bought this as a replacement piece for a vacuum I bought from a bin store. It works great and looks like the image.

Have a tikom G8000 that someone else damaged the water tank and made it useless, and this replacement part works perfectly! Definitely worth having the backup mop head as well depending how dirty your floors get.

This product worked great for the first month or so. It gets stuck under almost all furniture and the water tank broke twice. We contacted the company and had to wait over a month for a “similar replacement” as the original part couldn’t be replaced. The replacement also broke which means the tank slides out within a minute of starting the vacuum. Despite replacing the parts and frequent cleaning for maintenance the machine definitely peters out in its suction and use quickly - very disappointing considering the price paid.

I was excited to see this item back in stock because mine has been broken for a couple months. The vacuum works fine, just couldn't use the mopping feature because my tank cracked and it wouldn't hold water. Anyway, ordered this and instead I received 2 remote controls for the vacuum. No clue how that happens, but retuning for refund.
