Great pull up bar! First of all very easy installation. It's sturdy and stable enough for my husband and I'm impressed with how durable it looks. I feel safe using it. I've never tried pull ups before but having this encourages me to just do it. Such a great addition to our home gym. We both love it!

It is great quality for the price. It is a bit wobbly, however it holds up well and I trust it to keep me up when using it. Assembly was easy and quick. I would recommend it, especially for the price. Just for reference I am a 5'5 female, 140 lbs. I can grip the pull up bar when I tiptoe. In the picture I included my assisted pull-up band.

I love this. I live in a small (600 ft) apartment, and wanted something with a small footprint to enhance my home workout. I am 75, and follow the Y.T. doctors on longevity. They all promote building muscle as a way to extend your useful, functional years. It took me about 30-40 minutes to assemble. It would have helped if I'd known what a carriage bolt was. Versus a regular bolt. But I figured it out. All parts present. Excellent small size for my apartment. Sturdy. Don't know why a few other reviews called it "wobbly." Mine is sitting on short nap carpet, and doesn't wobble when I attempt chin-ups. It is also perfect for dead-weight hanging, to decompress your thoracic and lumbar spine. It is very effective of getting out the kinks in my back after a day of cashiering. Easy to use, just hang and try to pull yourself up.

Does the job just well enough to not return it.1. Packaging was poor and item showed up with some scuffs in the paint. It's in the garage gym so not too worried about it but my options were to send the item back or keep it. No "damaged item" discounts, unfortunately.2. With the posts fully extended, the product is barely stable if you do pull ups with any sort of explosiveness. If you move very slow and steady, it should be fine. If you are trying to pump out reps, expect the back "feet" to come off the ground (unsafe).3. Decent amount of flex of the entire assembly even when using the dip handles (keep in mind I am ~175lbs. The 330lb rating is insane, this thing would not hold you with any sense of security).
