This roller is identical to the one on my 1500 that cracked with old age It also was super easy to replace and comes with washers if you lose the ones on the machine during disassembly.

Must replace all 4 rollers
I have an older model Total gym that I use off and on. A few weeks ago I decide to use it again and realized one of the rollers cracked when I started to workout and a few work outs later, I could not workout on the machine. After replacing 2 rollers and trying it out, I realized that I had to replace all 4 since the old rollers are a different material. It’s super easy to do and now my machine works like new.
