I've tried about a dozen different brands, and the taurine is pretty much the same; either it's all extracted by the same company and rebranded, or the extraction process is the same.I put a scoop in an ounce or two of water and swirl to mix it up, and then drink it. I has almost no taste, and is very easy to take.I get this one because of the price. It works very well, is inexpensive, and the measuring scoop is very handy. The zip seal does come loose after time, but it's the same with most of the other brands. I just fold the top down and use binder clips to keep it closed. On my most recent purchase, the zip seal has held up longer than before, so maybe they've improved that.In short, I don't think there's any reaon not to get this one. It has become my go-to.

I'm using this to see if it'll lower bp naturally. I notice we don't get enough in our daily food consumption. Seems to be helping but every body is different so most will have to gauge for themselves. No taste and blends in smoothly into anything.

Good product. It’s sealed well in a pouch that you can close easily. It has a little measuring spoon very easy to use and doesn’t have any flavor. I put it in my drink in the morning no after taste or indigestion.
