Sturdy and comfy for a huskular guy

The screws to tighten the armrests to the seat don't go in at all. You have to bend one of the sides to make them line up and the slots on the right side of the chair are a completely different depth from the ones on the left, making it impossible to tighten. The screws also don't go into the headrest correctly. The tool that came with the chair to help with assembly also broke within seconds of trying to tighten the bolts so I had to use a different allen key I had lying around. This chair has so much potential and is completely unusable.

Package was received in excellent condition, all parts were plastic wrapped + the assembled chair itself gets 5 stars for quality. The hardware kit comes with a pouch for each size screw, + 1 extra screw of each size is provided, however the extra screws came in a pouch by itself which was mis-labeled. Have to pay extra attention to fit the proper screw into the proper hole. The "T" handle wrench included was definitely a plus! Assembly: they recommend 2 persons + it becomes apparent why when it comes to the armrests. The armrest cushion is already attached to a bracket assembly, + it is clumsy to line up the bracket assembly screw holes to the bottom seat cushion by yourself and screw in the screws. Then you still have to line up that bracket assembly to the seat back screw holes + screw that in.. If doing this by yourself, I recommend having a light shine into the screwhole so as to line up the bracket with the hole (that's why they tell you not to tighten the screws up until the end). Took me 45 min. I also recommend splurging for the "Rollerblade" rubber wheels available separately on Amazon, low as $20 + up to $35 for a set of 5. They pop in just as easy, very quiet + no scratching.

Not a comfortable computer chair to sit in for the price I thought it would have a little more cushion
