Perfect size - great tech design!
Really nice pack. I really do love the face that there is a place/pocket for EVERYTHING. I'm using a great battery pack as well and all the cable routing is awesome. So far, not complaints. Not too big or too small. Love the low profile as well.

Amazing for Tech Enthusiasts
I was searching for a new backpack that I can carry all of my tech gear as well as small personal items for travel but also to be able to use for the office. This bag was perfect in every sense. It was able to fit a 16" MacBook Pro M2 and what I appreciated is that it's suspended from the bottom - so the laptop won't hit the ground directly.I love that the Find My capability is built into the bag. But for those that do not know, it's not like an AirTag where it will point the direction of where the bag is - it's lacking the U1 chip, which is fine. It gets the job done and it's perfect.I also love the bag's profile. It doesn't stick out from my back like many boxy backpacks do. It's slim and has a nice silhouette.Again, I got this bag to carry headphones, laptops, chargers, glasses, wallet, contacts, gum, etc. It was PERFECT for that use case. However, for those that are thinking they want to use it for a weekend and put clothes in it. It'll be a tight fit. With the aftermarket, bulky case for my AirPods Max, that already took a good bit of space in one of the pockets.Overall, great bag. Highly recommend for those that are just carrying their gear.

Not durable long term
It’s a great backpack from a functional standpoint but I’m super disappointed that one of the shoulder straps is starting to fray at the seam. I might try hot gluing it together to keep it from continuing but at this price point I expect higher quality.

Practical, useful
Nice, well built backpack with great organizational compartments. The optional Backup Battery with cable pass through is really useful. Only downside is the built in “Find My “ location module has stopped working after 4 months and there doesn’t seem to be an option to repair or replace it.

Near Perfect
Did a ton of looking for a backpack for my laptop and video editing equipment. This bag has it all. Fits my 16” MacBook Pro 12” iPad and the large compartment for the case for my mixing headphones and small camera bag. Front compartment perfect for external hard drives and mouse. External pocket great for cables. The find my syncs perfectly with my phone, could be a little louder. This is the perfect bag for my needs and is made from high quality materials, looks great, comfortable even when fully loaded, and stands up on its own when setting it down. Other bags didn’t have enough pockets and looked like they weren’t made from good materials. Never spent this much on a backpack or bag before but definitely worth the money to protect all my gear.

Poor design
I like the pack but design is poorly thought through. Two major complaints. First is the design makes it impossible to use over one shoulder. Always falls off. To use as a backpack you must secure the chest strap. There are many compartments but they are too narrow to hold anything other than a thin device. Not recommended if you also carry other items like headphones, books, glasses, etc.

Two phone pockets; slim profile - excellent work backpack
I use this backpack everyday for work and yes, it’s expensive, but I also really love it. First, the backpack itself has a very slim profile and it’s very light despite all the padding. This is important to me because I am not a tall or large person so backpacks that are super deep (better for packing clothes and travel), are more difficult for me to balance. Also, I don’t always have a ton of stuff in this bag so light weight when it’s empty is very nice. When I am carrying my 17” performance laptop, this backpack distributes the weight on my shoulders really well. Since it is my work-issued laptop, I am grateful that the padded pocket sits up, offset from the bottom, so I don’t worry about bumping the laptop when I put down the bag. There is also enough space in that pocket for additional notebooks, papers or other flat things. Some of my other favorite features include the divided pockets in the front where I can fit two iPhone 14s (room to spare). I have a work and personal phone so I really like having a spot for each. I also put my wallet, AirPods, and other small things in this pocket. I use the very front vertical pocket for my work identification and badges. When I roll the bag onto one shoulder so it’s horizontal across my stomach, that pocket is parallel and so easy to access from the front without having to take off the backpack. I know some reviewers have complained about the small side pocket and yes, it is a tight fit for water bottles. I can fit a 24oz Owala FreeSip pretty easily but a Corkcicle is more difficult to squeeze in. However, I prefer to use the side pockets for my car keys so I can quickly grab them on my way out. I use the middle, largest pocket for my water bottle along with my lunch box and some snacks for the day. If I need to bring a light jacket, I’ll take out the lunch and put the jacket instead. I also really like the side handle on this backpack, which makes it much easier for me to lift up or put down in various situations. The build quality is the highest of any backpack I’ve ever owned, similar but more thoughtful to the high end Targus backpacks. I love the sleek look and profile, which I think is appropriate for men or women to carry. I’m short but not bothered by the length of this backpack - it’s really well balanced. I think there are still some additional features and pockets I haven’t explored yet. I did turn on and pair the backpack to my Apple FindMy and it pings me if I leave the bag behind somewhere. I was worried I would need to download yet another app and make another account but that’s not the case. It interfaces seamlessly and look less than 3 minutes to set up. I’ll say I was skeptical of a pricey bag like this but with all the thoughtful features and with how often I use this backpack, I actually think I’m sold on it.
