JBL Quantum TWS True Wireless Noise Cancelling Gaming Earbuds - Black (Renewed)

Update for an update: I contacted JBL support and they were very helpful. There was an update that showed up for the buds using the windows Quantum Engine application that did not show up from JBL Headphones on my phone. After updating, everything is working great. These things sound amazing!Update: May have spoke too soon. I'll check with JBL and see what's up. The 2.4ghz dongle worked great with my Oculus the first time I used it. The next day, I could only get audio in the left ear. Tried with my cell through the dongle, same issue. Factory reset on headphones didn't change it. Seems like the dongle is probably faulty and could have passed inspection.Original:I just received these earbuds today, your mileage may very, but I'm almost certain mine were completely new, never opened. There is literally no signs that the package has ever been opened. Down to the tape on the box that if you don't cut, will tear the box.If you do get a pair that even gives you the idea that you may not find our issues until after the return window, just return them and get another renewed pair... The savings here is amazing if you end up with a good pair of buds. And these are some of the best buds I've owned to date, hands down.

I bought these to supplement a Steelseries Arctis 7. I love that headset but was tired of always having the head strap on. I wanted to stay wireless and keep the larger range + reliability of 2.4ghz.The sound quality is good to my ears (though I'm not the pickiest) - though the spatial audio was bad compared to my headset. The real bummer is the mic is terrible - I was told it sounded like I was talking into a tin can.There are also just features I'm missing from my Steelseries. Having a separate audio channel just for communication is crucial for gaming and being to rebalance the two with a hardware wheel was amazing. I also miss the ability to change all volume on the headset as opposed to having to come back to the PC.This combined with the mic issues means I'll likely never use these for multiplayer gaming.As a primary gaming headset I would NOT recommend these especially for full price. But as an audio only pair they may work well enough.

There was a problem getting the product as promised. The courier missed the scheduled delivery date by 5 days.As for the JBLs, this us a must buy. Excellent sound quality, battery life and microphone is excellent. The certified refurbished worked as good as the New. I could not tell the difference. The seller was quick to respond to all of my comments about shipping. I was a bit of a butt head, but the seller remained professional and helpful.

The battery runs out in less than 2 hours. There is not enough charge to watch even one movie.I highly do not recommend buying

I ordered at a significantly discounted rate. One of the selling features was the dongle. The quality of sound is pretty average, but the noise cancelling was superior. I drove at 70+ mph on the highway with windows open and heard no wind while listening to podcasts and music. Great product from a quality brand!

I've been using these for a few days now and I can honestly say that I really enjoy them. They definitely have their pros and cons as with any earbuds, but the cons stop these from reaching a 5 star rating for me.- Sound Quality: These earbuds sound great in all modes. The audio is crystal clear and you can clearly make out all sounds in a game or all instruments in music. They lean a bit towards being bass-heavy, but you can change that in the app/software that pairs with them. The active noise cancellation isn't as strong as some other options out there, but it's certainly passable.- Mic Quality: The mic is nothing special on these. Your friends/coworkers will be able to make out what you're saying, but the quality is nowhere near that of a headset or dedicated mic.- Battery Life: My biggest complaint is the battery life. On a full charge, they'll go for 3-5 hours. On the bright side, they charge relatively quickly in the case.- Connectivity: Bluetooth and the 2.4 GHz dongle work as you'd expect them to. Bluetooth is notoriously laggy on Windows, so with the dongle, games are actually playable without too much latency. There is still some, but it's miles better than trying to suffer through Bluetooth latency in a game.- Ease of use: The instructions are very clear and helpful, but the controls themselves aren't very obvious or intuitive. I find myself referring to the instruction manual for some of the functions that I use less frequently.I'd say these are absolutely worth it for the sale price of $75, but I can't see myself spending $150 on these. If you're looking for a lower latency 2.4 GHz connection, these are probably the best option out there currently.

Work great

Having a voice announcement (at a seemingly set volume that can’t be decreased) interject into your headphones every time you change a mode or setting or connection is pretty irritating. Battery life is underwhelming. They are indeed wireless and they do work, so three stars there.
