The material on this vest is really nice—stretchy and comfortable overall. I will say the strap across the front goes straight across the chest, which can be a little inconvenient if you're a woman. Also, the way the back sits, it tends to hit right at my scapula, which can get a little irritating during longer walks. I don’t think that’s a flaw in the design, though—probably just how these types of vests fit in general.I’m about 150 lbs and chose the 10 lb vest. It’s surprisingly heavy (in a good way!) and not adjustable, so I knew I had to pick a weight that would challenge me without being too much. You can definitely feel the difference when you wear it. I usually get about 10,000 steps a day, and this is definitely going to take my workouts up a notch.Overall, it’s a solid, well-made vest if you’re looking to add a little extra intensity to your walks or workouts!

Before I purchased this item, I saw the reviews reporting a negative chemical smell from several posts, so I was prepared for the smell when the item arrived. When I opened the box, there was a heavy smell lingering that I am thinking is from some part of the treatment, so I let the vest air outside overnight. The smell was completely gone the next morning. There is no smell now at all. A plus to add, the 10lb weight is easy for me to manage, and the size is easily adjustable. A great benefit is that the way the vest sits on my shoulders and upper back instantly corrected the way my shoulders naturally lean forward, so my shoulders feel so good after the use. I have had both shoulders worked on with surgery removing an inch off of both my clavicles two years ago and this vest causes no discomfort, and after five uses has improved the mobility of my rotator cuffs. So happy!

First time using a weighted vest while walking/jogging and I LOVE it! I’m an avid distance walker and needed an additional challenge without adding more distance. This vest is the answer! I’m 5’4 /128 lbs,; the 15lb. vest is perfect for me. I plan to order the 20lb. vest after 4 months of using the 15lb. vest.

I bought the 15 pound vest. It fits very well. It has a VERY strong odor when you first open it. I left it outside to air out for a few days. It still smells a bit, but isn't overbearing. If I wear it outside, I dont notice the smell. But I wore it inside on the treadmill and could still smell it a tiny bit. Hoping the smell continues to dissipate.My husband accidentally ordered the 5 pound vest and that thing felt very small. I think the added weight helps it fit better.

I wear this vest on my indoor treadmill and outside walks for extra weight to help protect my bones and aide in my fitness. I am 5 3, 116 lbs and got the 20 lb vest and it works just fine for me, but I have been lifting weights for over 6 years, so I would only recommend starting with one that is 10% of your body weight to start. The weight is evenly distributed and the straps adjust to all body sizes. It is super easy to get on and off. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to up their resistance cardio activity!

I purchased this weight vest on the recommendation of my doctor.I have osteoporosis, which affects my spine so my doctor suggested that I strengthen my bones with this weight vest. I looked at several different brands and reviews.I decided to purchase this one and there are no regrets.I purchased the 5 pound vest based on my weight and height.I wear it when I go for walks and I can feel the weight, but it doesn’t make me feel like I exerting myself.It’s comfortable to wear, and it fits perfectly.I will continue to wear it, knowing that it will benefit me.

I’ve been using this weighted workout vest for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it’s made a huge difference in my fitness routine. Whether I’m walking, doing bodyweight exercises, or going for a light jog, the added resistance really helps me push myself and build endurance

It’s cool, I haven’t used it yet. Only tried it on. Everything with the exception of the retaining strap not being elastic was good. It’s too damn hard to secure your excess straps. I’ll more than likely use rubber bands and that will suffice but I should’ve have to do that. All in all it should be a good product.
