Adjustable Dual Thermostat and Humidity Control Switch with Socket and Overload Protector, Can Be Connected to Two Fans, Surface Spraying, for Power Attic Ventilators

We have lived in our home for 12 years and this year we had a snow load on the roof for several weeks. As it started warming up we stated seeing moisture showing on several ceilings. When I went to our attic to check, we were experiencing sevier condensation inside the attic. Some researched indicated if we vented our attic better the condensation would be resolved. This lead to me bypassing our temperature control for our attic fan to get it running. Low and behold the fan was shot and it had never been set to control humitity. I purchased a new fan motor along with this Dual Thermostat and Humidity control and voila it now automatically comes on in high humidity or high temp situaltions. This thing was simple to install and works exactly as I had hoped.

No problems with the unit. It was very eazy to install and adjust for the desired climate control. Andhas been working well, without any issues.

Works well, easy to hook up. If you are hard wiring you do need to purchase cheap wire clamps for the box. They sell them at any hardware store.

Good quality and features for the price. Control functions as describe and calibrated pretty good. You can tweak a little if desired.

Good idea. Poor quality thermostat. I literally had to get up into the attic and blow on the actual thermostat to get it to cool down enough to shut off. The actual air temperature in the attic was 82 degrees. I had the thermostat set on 95 degrees and it was still trying to run. I had to turn the thermostat up to 100 degrees to get it to shut off. I returned one and bough another, but still had the same problem. Obviously using poor quality thermostats.

The dual functionality is fantastic. The thermostat accurately controls the temperature, keeping my rooms comfortable no matter the season. The humidity control is equally impressive, ensuring that the air quality is always just right. No more dry air in the winter or excessive humidity in the summer!

I returned this product, as it wasn't able to control humidity and temperature independently-one works off the other.

The media could not be loaded. Very straight forward product! Just as pictured. The instructions are clear and it comes with a 5 year warranty which is pretty awesome!
