I rate the Snorlax coffee cup five stars. When I got it in the mail, the condition of the cup was perfect. Perfectly and diligently wrapped in bubble wrap, the colors of the coffee cup were vibrant and incredibly pleasing to the eye. When first holding the cup. The cup was sturdy, glossy, and had a nice ceramic feel to it. The coffee cup is large which makes it useful for multiple purposes other than having a beverage in it.As a Pokémon and a coffee lover, I look forward to using this cup for my morning coffee. It makes me feel good knowing that I am drinking out of real ceramic and something that is safe to consume from. Gifting myself this iconic cup for my birthday was worth every penny.

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter who loves Pokémon for her Easter basket. She has used it every day since! I put it in the dishwasher and is safe, and it has held up very well, it’s durable as she has dropped it a couple times. It does not leak, it’s lightweight, keeps ice longer

I ordered this for my work wife as we sometimes need "wake up juice" in the morning. The first one was delivered completely broken. It was only wrapped in thin bubble wrap inside a big envelope. It was returned no problem and I was sent a replacement. This time, the mug wasn't wrapped at all but the big envelope had a 'FRAGILE' sticker on it. I don't understand why Amazon packs non fragile items like books and purses/bags in those pillows of air in a box but not a ceramic mug! I gave 5 stars b/c it is a cute mug, it works fine, and my work wife loves it. The fact that the packaging sucked is not the mug's fault.

A Beautiful mug very big was kind of bummed a little that the inside was yellow but when it got delivered, it’s brown and it looks really nice. I love it.
