Perfect for Deadlifts

Helps prevent sore thumbs
Exactly what I needed to help reduce sore thumbs when lifting weights. Easy to tear off the amount needed and comfortable to wear, definitely helps with gripping the bar. The only downside is towards the end of the roll it becomes quite sticky on both sides, doesn’t detract too much from the use though.

Good tape but tack could be better
Good tape, comfortable and doesn't leave any nasty residue. Would recommend an extra wrap or 2 and make sure you end the wrap away from the inside of your thumb. Can easily come away if the tape end is on the inside of your thumb and you are cycling the bar.

Ice hockey grip
Have used this for my sons ice hockey stick as grip tape he loves it and it works

It’s a no from me
Not very good, tape wouldn’t stick to my thumb and slipped off whilst I was hook gripping. I’ve now returned and gone back to adapt tape.
