This seal kit definitely adds to the operations of the Portable A/C unit. It was simple to install. I definitely believe if anyone reads reviews, they might be questioning if it’s actually necessary.It is definitely worth the price. I highly recommend this seal kit

Not exactly made to keep heat out, but if you first cover the opening with foil insulation and cut a hole for the hose, it is a great alternative to the fixture that comes with the ACs normally

Cannot get this Velcro to hold the tube ! I’ve used enough tape for a small country trying to seal it against bugs and hot air but it keeps pulling off I guess because of suction or something. Was this idea even tested in real life conditions ? Seems good but in reality doesn’t seem to work !

Velcro is strong and the idea of the design is great. However, the double sided tape is weak and will not stick to the window frame. Fell ofg within hours of first use. **UPDATE ** changing this to 3 stars because the seller reached out quickly to offer troubleshooting and a resolution. I declined a new item but I think their customer service warrants a raise on their rating.

Got this to keep the smoke from my laser cutter from blowing back into my sliding door and it works perfectly. The drawstring on the exhaust port secures and seals around the laser exhaust hose and keeps the smoke and smell from coming back into the house. If you have any craft machine that needs an exhaust, this is a must buy.
