Probably a good deal…
…if you get it for the right price (I paid fo ur hun dred dollars). I only bought it because I exceed the stated weight limits of the much less expensive ones; I am a large person (well over three hundred pounds). It is well packaged and large but has a nice (albeit, large) backpack to carry it in that works remarkably well. I’m not looking for an intense fast rapid ride, so I ultimately decided to return it and buy a simpler (but less versatile) inflatable raft.

Can't wait to use this on the river!

Solid product, unique form factor
The media could not be loaded. I’ve have owned and used this kayak extensively over two years. Purchased when there were just a few reviews and a drop stitch type sup/kayak hybrid was a fairly new & novel idea in the market. In short, it has exceeded expectations and served as a trusted adventure partner on lakes, oceans and rivers. It’s well constructed, firm, stable and versatile, going seamlessly from standup paddles to laden with gear for point-to-point day trips.2 things I will note, in this form factor — 1. this is a ‘wet butt’ kayak. It’s low and open. It’s ment for on-the-water fun in a bathing suit. 2. As a flat bottom boat it’s a bit less efficient padding vs. traditional V hull kayaks.Adding lots of pictures to share my experience and show the product in actual use. Please note my photos of this product are not ‘out of the box’. I’ve modified this kayak over time to solve sub-optimal issues and make it work for me. You only need a few items, some YouTube tutorials, a heat gun, HN66 and a bit of care to do the similar. Or not. Don’t void your warranty. My Mods:- Removed that damn fishing pole mount!- Removed camera mount and replaced with heavy duty D-ring and docking rope- Added front grab handle- Added 5 D-ring mounts to inner cockpit area- Added a DIY foot rest- Fixed overly tight oar mounts by sanding down edges and using a heat gun to reshape- Replaced original bungee with heavy duty cord- Replaced paddle with my own- Added two addl 4” running skegs to improve tracking- Swapped pump for power inflaterThe mods really address the all issues I’ve personally had and make this kayak a solid contender for my favorite boat.4 stars out of the box,5 stars with Mods.

For the price... Could have been better
Was looking for an in-between kayak inflatable. This looked like it should cover both the SUP/Kayak. My list of cons were more noticable after getting it. When looking at the listing before purchasing, it didn't seemed like it was. Bought this with instant saving, plus coupon. Otherwise, wouldn't have after checking it out(still a possibility of a return)PRO:Wide enough to be stable(compared to my other SUP).Light and Portable(for me)Feels pretty solid after pumping upCON:(For the price and what you get)*Paddle latches are TOO small/stiff to fit the paddles, if you can even get them in there. Bad design for those latches.*Paddle clamp when joining them, wasn't tight enough, had to twist the bolt a little tighter. Could freely twist them after clamping down the lever.*Paddle doesn't feel ergonomic(will use different paddle)*Doesn't come with a SUP paddle (for the price it should come with one or add on you connect to the kayak paddle.)*Pump doesn't have deflate pump option.*Patch kit didn't have the cement/glue included.*Packaging left marks where it when through the paint (see pictures). Hope it is only cosmeticInvest in a waterproof seat cushion. At the minimum recommended PSI for the insert, it's very stiff. Sat in it for about 15/mins and started to feel uncomfortable. Maybe deflate the insert so it's not too hard.

Save Your Money 👎🏼
I had high hopes for this and loved the design/versatility. Sadly it did not even make it in the water when we realized there was a leak coming from one of the seams. We tried to use the patch kit that was included, but it would not hold given the location of the leak. The board was filled up to around 9.5 PSI which was far below the recommended maximum. Save your money and just go with a traditional SUP.
