I like that you don't need water to take these, that the flavor is decent, and that you're not digesting a lot of gelatin in a chewable. Because they disolve in your mouth to easily, they are also absorbed more quickly and easily into your system. The one drawback is that they have a powerdy residue in the bottle and when you pour out the tablets, it can be a little messy.

I once suffered with low Vitamin D levels and was instructed to purchase some OTC Vit D after successful prescribed medication brought my levels up. Being a Bariatric patient I needed an absorbable option and these definitely are effective and affordable. The taste is pleasant and they can take a minute or two to melt under your tongue. I’ll continue to purchase these.

I was lacking in Vitamin D and I felt better after taking even one.Once you already have enough Vitamin D in your system, you don't really feel anything after taking it though. It gets you back to normalcy! Make sure you're getting all the vitamins you need.They are small and dissolve under your tongue. The taste is good. No complants :) I need to get more soon!

I am advised by my healthcare team to take a Vitamin D supplement daily. I don't like to take pills but this Vitamin is chewable and taste yummy strawberry, so it makes it a pleasure to take everyday.

It’s exactly what I ordered. However the quantity is so large that they’ll expire before I use them all as the expiration date is less than a year out and there’s over a year’s worth of tablets there.

I struggle with SAD and my dr tells me to take vitamin d. I do, and it doesn't do anything..... I read that dissolving it Under your tongue or taking it in liquid form was better. Holy cow! I feel great! I don't have that dark cloud over my head anymore. I don't know if it's the high dose that did it or the brand or what all I know is I take this every day and let it dissolve under my tongue And when 3:00 rolls around and it's dark out I don't want to crawl into bed and cry. That is what I mean by feeling great. I am not skipping to work every day whistling a tune, but That cloud of doom isn't following me anymore.Give it a try.I am not cool enough to get free stuff for my awesome review.
