Previously had a shark handheld which was heavy, had an annoying filling system and the flimsy cap broke. The bottom connection broke too and it cleaned with streaks. This one is lite, versatile, powerful, easy to fill with a strong screw in cap..power chord could be longer but not a problem. It cleans my laminate flooring really well with no streaks. Comes with tons of useful attachments too.Took a chance on a no name and so far it's a winner. I just hope it continues to work so well but only time will tell.

I do not regret buying this. For the price around 60 quid it is amazing for its value though I have used more powerful steam cleaner b4 but not by much. that expensive one was 3x the price.To be honest for what it does is good enough and does get hot over time really hot so use gloves in case but I never found it burned me when holding the protective bits they just got hot. I do recommend using safety glove just in case. Better than steam cleaners above 100 to 300 quid but not as good as the ones at 500+It's great style and colour, has some vertasile hanging bits which is convenient, I can recommend it as a top budget steam cleaner with fair amount of accessories, and a relatively easy manual to follow. I found it personally simple and easy to use. 4/5 for its price and decent quality.

I bought this product on July 18th 2024. It’s been only been used approximately 20 times, at 20 minute intervals and has stopped working!! It’s no longer heating up. I can’t return it now it seems! I wouldn’t buy this again!! Avoid! 😩

Steamer is amazing and is very versatile

This steamer has a powerful steam pressure coming out of it but it would be nice if you could control the pressure. Only used it once so far.

Bought to replace an old upright steam mop and used to clean floor tiles and particularly the grouting on area of about 40 square metres. Did a fantastic job, maintains pressure really well.Good selection of attachments come with it. Really impressed would never bother with an upright one again.

Used this a handful of times in the correct way and following all the instructions.All of the sudden after not even a month from the date of the purchase it made an awfully loud whistle and steam came out everywhere, I thought it would explode and kill me. I promptly left the room and waited for it to cool down.I managed to get a refund on the very last day.
