Superior Cooler!
We purchased this cooler to take on our camping trip 5/16-5/19/25. A large bag of ice (40lb) was put in the afternoon of 5/16. We also put a bag of ice in another well known brand of cooler at the same time. The other well known cooler was water before Sat. evening. When we got home 5/19, there was still almost a full regular bag (20lb) worth of ice left in this cooler. The handle isn't made of cheap aluminum to snap like our other one that we had attempted to fix (to no avail). The seal is high quality, and the ability to keep the ice the way it did; WOW! We're now deciding what color our next one will be to replace the other cooler that's going to the side of the road!

Great ice chest for keeping food and beverages cold
We bought 2 Rtic ice chests this past year and found them so much better than our older igloo chests. They really do maintain ice for days. My husband has traveled with them, and recently I needed to make a trip on my own. My one gripe is that the 52 qt chest is so heavy, so I decided to try this model on wheels. It worked great and I was able to maneuver the chest by myself. I definitely recommend this brand.

You can equip this cooler with all the cool gizmos. You want a metal tray to keep your food out of the ice? Amazon sells one for this cooler. You want a heavy duty plastic tray instead. Check it out Amazon has one too. You can order a divider for the cooler that also is an ice pack that keeps your beverages cold and keeps your beer and the kids sodas separated. This RTIC cooler is well thought out. The ice lasts as long as advertised and the wheels can roll through any terrian you want to go with ease. I have been camping for 40+years and this cooler is the best cooler I have owned. Buy one you will not regret it.

…. A good Looking cooler, beautiful color…. Smaller than I thought…. Bear proof, only left a couple holes…. Does not keep ice for more than 20 hours, in 82 or 65 degree weather with no humidity, sitting in the shade, with 50 degrees weather at night, with a nice breeze. 😔

No more seal flipper pie going bad when the power is out at the lighthouse. Which is often.A two liter bottle of frozen water will keep your barnacles and anemones fresh and ready to fillet for days. No more fishy smell!The construction is stout, the wheels withstood the climb up the rock outcropping to get to the light in fine fashion, the handle a blessing. Good looking and lockable to keep the landlubbers out.I give it five starfish..
