Way less expensive than OEM, works fine
Bought this so we could hook up a cpap to our RV battery (280ah lithium) when dry camping. Ran a 10g wire from battery through a fuse and spliced onto this. Works flawlessly.

Great for camping
I used this with my ECOFLOW portable power station while camping. It works perfectly with my Resmed Airsense 11 and my Airmini CPAP machines. Using the 12v socket is more power efficient than using the AC power plug when using battery power. You lose a large percentage of power when using the AC power cord because of the voltage conversion. Very good value when comparing it to the branded cord sold by Resmed.

Must have for power outages
This is a perfect setup for my CPAP to run off 12V power. I have a portable battery pack that has both 12V DC and an AC inverter. The DC is much more efficient and allows me to run my CPAP (w/o heated humidity) for 3-4 days at a 12 air pressure setting. Well worth the expense for a good nights sleep when the power goes out (or simply for off grid camping).

Great for CPAP
I use this for powering my ResMed Airsense 11 on DC power in my RV. The proprietary ResMed connector works perfectly. No problems with a 12V power outlet. Now I don't have to run an inverter to get AC power.

Exactly what I needed to take my CPAP on camping trips.
I had tried HKY branded chargers for free before as a former member of a review program, but I liked them enough that I was willing to try them again. I was looking for a DC adapter to use my Resmed AirSense 11 on a solar power bank and this was much cheaper than the official charger, but the quality seems just as good. I tested this on my battery bank and the current draw averages about 10 watts, far less than if I was using the onboard inverter to power the CPAP via AC power. Nothing seemed cheap about the charger and the proprietary USB-looking plug that Resmed uses for their CPAP was perfectly reproduced and fit well without wiggling or feeling loose. All together I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Good for off the grid CPAP
With a cigarette plug adaptor to connect to a 12v battery works perfectly for off the grid CPAP use

REAL Lifesaver
A storm blew in and knocked out power for several days. I could't sleep without my cpap. So ordered this next day and was skeptical. But with a battery jump box (with 12v. Lighter plug in it) I was able to get a good full nights sleep. I used this 1200amp jumper and only used about 37% battery each use so could have in theory used it for 2 nights. Maybe longer if you turn off humidity function. If you have an airsense 11 you need to get this put in your accessories bag for emergencies or camping. So nice.
