The first cartridge in my Fizzini got stuck and now it is jammed and will not make any more carbonated water. Do you have any instructions?

Safety first: replace the carbonation head. Internal threads may have been stripped. Once replaced, insert a new cartridge.

Is the leland cartridge compatible with h/b fizzini?

No. The only Fizzini-compatible chargers we know of are "Fizzini compatible CO2 soda 8 gram seltzer water cartridge." We have them available as loose chargers only and have a limited supply since we understand Leland will stop manufacturing them.

Are these compatible with The Beer Machine?

Not positive as there are a lot of different beer machines. If yours takes a threaded charger then no these won't work
