Really great sound, can fill a large room.
Overall great sound and easy set up. They come with a wire about 20 long for second speaker, but can use any wire for longer run since they are spring loaded terminals. One weird thing: if you press the up volume button on the remote or bluetooth device when volume is already maxed it will beep once a second for a long time.

It's just a cheap pair of speakers, but very good value for the money.
You get what you pay for. This isn't anything high end and there certainly bis room for improvement and there certainly are limitations. The speaker pair is really good for the price, other speakers in this price category are often really bad.Pro's:- The biggest pro is that it works very well via bluetooth, provided your source(laptop/ phone etc. has volume control. (I'll get to the reason why this matters below)- The speakers have NO static noise from Bluetooth or from the power supply, unlike many other very cheap active speakers can have.- It has Line in, Bluetooth and 3.5mm Aux in connections, so you can hook these speakers up to just about anything.- They are pretty good as cheap desktop speakers or TV speakers, as long as you can adjust the volume on the source.- They look very nice simple and classic.- They speaker housing is wood, the overall build quality is very decent. They look much more expensive than they are.- very simple and cheap remote, but functional, suitable and reasonable for the money. There is nothing wrong with the remote but it does look and feel rather cheap. Yet it still is fairly solid and reasonably rugged, reliable and works well.- The main speaker with the amplifier has all the necessary button on the back necessary to operate everything. So this speaker pair can still be fully used without a remote.Con's:- The volume control of the internal amplifier is not fine enough to find the right volume level. You'll likely find one level too quiet and the next louder level too loud. But when your source has volume control then you can set the speaker volume to a reasonable maximum value and use the source's volume level to get very decent sound.- As with most cheap speakers the bass gets overwhelmed fairly quickly when listening at louder volumes. But at lower to medium volumes sound can be very decent. At louder volume levels the sound will be somewhat muffled and not very clear though. Because of this they're not very suitable for lager rooms, but for smaller rooms or desktop applications they're absolutely fine as long as you don't turn the volume up too much. (This limitation totally is something to expect from speakers in this low price range.)- When turned off, the power and input indicator LED will be red and always on, unless you unplug the device or use an extension cord with a switch. This doesn't bother me much, but it's a con.All in all, I am very satisfied, but this pair of speakers may not be for everyone. If your source does not allow volume control (Line out on TVs or stereo systems for example is commonly not volume controlled by the source.) then it is almost impossible to tweak the treble, bass and volume to achieve a really decent sound. Ideally you will want a source with equalizer and volume control to make the best of these active speakers. If your (main) source that you use most has these, then you can absolutely get some very good bang for your buck with these speakers, just don't turn the volume up too much or the bass will overwhelm the speakers (Much like with just about every other speaker system that doesn't have larger diameter speakers. The laws of physics just apply here.)Don't expect the clearest and best quality sound, if you want that you'll definitely need to spend considerably more money. But this can absolutely be a good improvement over TV speakers and a very decent speaker set for a PC, for gaming or watching YouTube and for hooking up your phone or laptop via Bluetooth. The Bluetooth connection works really well with Win11 and connects much better than my two headphones do. Windows recognizes the connection perfectly fine and changes to them immediately, (Much better than with my headphones where Windows likes to make a hassle and loves forcing me to disconnect and reconnect almost every time I connect them). To sum it all up in short:Are there better speakers? - Yes of course, but those will most certainly cost significantly more as well! Can I recommend these speakers? - That depends on your application and your expectations on acceptable sound quality and how you tweak the bass, treble and volume levels. For best possible results I strongly suggest you employ this speaker pair it in a way that you can use volume controls on your source and avoid listening at louder volume levels where sound can feel muffled and somewhat distorted due to the limited speaker size and the lack of a woofer.

constantly cutting in and out
the Bluetooth is crap on these, I have them just a few inches from my lap top and they constantly cut in and out. I have amp with Bluetooth across the room that works fine when I change the computer to use it.These also show up for some reason on windows as a headphone icon rather than a speaker. Also tried an RCA adapter to my laptops headphone port. You get no volume at 100% because it's a headphone jack. Not sure why, as the speakers are supposed to have the watts not the signal from the source. These are probably going back, Ive tried everything, resetting my drivers etc. It's just odd anything else I have that uses Bluetooth is fine on my lap top and these just cut in and out.Update, i exchanged them for anther set and these seem to work right again. I will update again if they stay working. The other set worked about two week before they started cutting out...
