STAY FAR AWAY! 2 Failures out of 2 orders
So I have a CHC Heater (which looks almost identical) from another vendor that I have been using for about a year. I had an issue where the nozzle backed out and created a nice leak/mess which covered a lot of the Heater, being fragile and hard to clean I decided to order another one to replace and start from scratch.I install it as it was a direct plug and play, I do the PID setup and it heats up to 200, goes back down, and then fails the 2nd wave. From that point on it would not heat up. I thought perhaps it was wiring or something strange that happened even though I directly replaced a WORKING Heater. After probing all of the connections with a multimeter, and determine everything looked fine, I ordered another one from this same company, thinking this may have just been a fluke.I get the new one, replace it (direct plug and play) do the heat test and it goes up to about 180deg, and then fails JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS ONE.I should have listened to the other review stating the quality control is crap, I even double down and lost time on this. Do yourself a favor and order this from a different vendor.

This is the one you want!
Very high quality compared to others. The thermistor is properly coupled inside and you won't have stabity issues like other inferior manufacturers. I've ordered 2 and used both side by side in different machines for 1000+ hours combined and they will probably keep on going. These are actually 115 watts from what I can tell, and it's actually a bit TOO powerful. I have the heaters scaled down to 80%! Veey durable too, I've crashed into parts by mistake and the heat break tube is the only weak point, the ceramic core heater is durable.

WTF ?!?
Last less then a minute... While was doing PID tune it failed. Connectors dont have any resistance.. so it have internal failure.

This is the EXACT issue the first one had. I can not recommend you buy this as it is a fire hazard!
