Very pleased - solid value, great refurb PC
I received my order today - I noted that the CPU was upgraded from the expected i5-4570 - there was a i5-4670 installed - which is completely awesome and understandable knowing what I know of the refurbishment business - certainly better than any downgrade (which would not be good business practice, of course)The WIFI dongle worked well - was able to quickly run system updates. I have the PC attached to a 32 inch "dumb" TV and video and audio are working great. Looking forward to playing OpenMW Morrowind on the large screen. :)Within 2 hours and some testing - Installed Linux Mint, everything went ridiculously smooth and that's quite wonderful. I had absolutely no intentions of running a bloated Windows OS on my "new" PC. So barring the PC blowing up in the next little while - I am giving this refurbished product and the Team that made it possible a 5 star rating - very happy customer here, thanks!

Good computer from Sunset Micro
I ordered this Lenovo M83 from Sunset Micro, and it arrived on time. Actually, what arrived was an M93p, but the specs seem identical. The computer looked almost new, and the inside was perfectly clean. The first boot came straight up (no configuring necessary). There was a COA sticker on the case, but Windows was already activated (and needed to be updated). The hard drive seemed healthy, but I replaced it with an SSD. It wasn't in the specs, but my computer came with a DVD-RW drive (yours might not). There was a USB WiFi adapter in the box, but I never planned to use it.There were a few free tools preinstalled, including a strangely-installed Google Chrome, which had to be removed and re-installed. The only odd thing was a display language setting of UK English (relatively easy to change). Anyway, I'm very happy with it, and it's well worth the price.Early last year I bought a Lenovo M92p from Sunset Micro, and it too was clean and worked fine. I mentioned "clean" because some other reviewers complained about dirty computers from other sellers.

Good buy
arrived on time, excellent conditions and easy set up instructions. The keyboard was new but useless, i plugged my own keyboard. I updated the drivers and it worked average and found a ram error, and it turned out that a 2gb ram was failing, I removed the ram that was failing and now it works fine with 6gb of ram. I do work and play in this pc, i started to order new parts for better performance (ram, graphics,HDD).

Good enough
It's affordable and strong enough for standard office work not too grossly slow fast enough seconds or a minute to load up

ONLY GOOD FOR THE PRICE
i was scrolling for a low budget computer and i saw this, i checked the reviews seemed pretty good fast forward i bought this computer everything seemed to be working fine until i started gaming i didn't plug a graphics card in or anything i was playing a low demanding game called roblox it was doing pretty good until i heard some weird loud noise every once and a while coming from the computer constantly i ignored it. fast forward i got a graphics card low profile gtx 1650 4gb oc i made sure everything was working and i reset the computer setup windows before i plugged in the graphics card and set it up fast forward i unplugged everything from the computer like your suppose to then i plugged the graphics card in securely plugged a hdmi into the monitor to the graphics card turned the pc on bam no signal ordered a dvi port plugged it into the monitor to the graphics card bam no signal so i took the graphics card out. tried turning it on bam no signal i tried putting it into another desktop i had laying around (the graphics card works) but I need it working on this computer that I bought so I tried plugging it back in no signal resetting cmos no signal unplugging and plugging everything STILL no signal tried removing the graphics card no signal tried different cables trying different monitors or TVs no signal so I contacted GeForce support they said there is nothing they can do something is wrong with the computer they noted that the light below the power button of my monitor flashes witch means the CPU has failed to find an output so something is wrong with the CPU since everything is spinning and running but there is no signal. So I tried different things like plugging my keyboard and mouse in and pressing caps lock no flash on the caps lock button or num lock. SO now I'm hopeless I took a look at the CPU turns out they applied the thermal paste unprofessionally its very sloppy I dont know if the CPU over heated or what but now I knew what that weird noise was coming from my computer. I STARTED A REFUND PROCESS.

Just as described
I do IT for a living. We had some floods here in Mississippi. Some of my clients offices were up to 1' in water. Had a Lenovo with 6" of water in it, 1/2" under the hard drive. This guy was just close enough to swap out the hard drive that came with it (properly pre loaded with W10!) and install my old Win7pro from the damaged computer. It came up and all I had to do was let Windows update install a couple of new drivers. The network interface was working, so all I had to do was to plug a Ethernet cable into it. I removed the USB wireless adapter that came with the refurbished computer which will not be needed in the office environment. I and my client are quite happy. The case had one small dent, but was clean inside and out. Thanks!
