Originally released as a limited edition three-CD set in 1997, Enya's 'A Box of Dreams' has become a must-have collector's item among fans. 25 years later, 'A Box of Dreams' will receive a long-awaited reissue when it is released on vinyl for the very first time, within a beautifully designed six-disc eco-friendly box set which has been manufactured using 100% recycled board and vinyl. The set compiles highlights from the first half of Enya's storied career, spanning selections from her self-titled debut album (later reissued and expanded as 'The Celts'), through to the single 'Only If.' which had just been released and featured on her first 'best of' 'Paint The Sky With Stars'.

Excelent product!
Great packaging, and great sound quality for a vynil. Loved it and can't stop playing it. It was a surprise to see some additional writings from Enya, Nicky and Roma. A must for any collector.

Lovely content - Quality could be better
Firstly, the content of these LPs are superb BUT I spent a lot of my listening time querying what was wrong with them as they are a little off.The music sounds a little flat in places - almost compressed. It's not a consistent effect and seems to be noticed on some tracks more than others. The final LP of the set is cut too hot and, as a result, occasionally suffers from distortion - it's manageable, but not what you would expect at this price. The sound is not perfectly clean, occasional surface noise is evident but not distracting.I suspect that the issues here are a mix of mastering issues and the use of recycled vinyl. The surface noise is probably due to the medium which looks very pretty BTW but could equally be linked to the vinyl not being bagged from production. The flat sound and over saturated parts feel like more fundamental issues with the master.Tester with 2 very different audiophile grade systems.

Worth a listen
All the hits which are great, but I didn't like some of the instrumental music on the rest of the albums. Oceans is the best part of the boxset, but Clouds and Stars aren't so good.
