Can this fit inside a mini fridge??

No..my brother had a very small fridge but this was too big and didn’t adjust to fit

Can you use this in the freezer compartment of a Fridge/Freezer too replace the plastic trays.

I have only used it in the fridge but it's plastic coated metal so I would think it would be ok as long as it fits the runner grooves in your freezer. It does say it can be used in freezer. It may not be deep enough you would need to measure your freezer.

What is the safe load bearing capacity (Kgs) of this shelf at full adjustment?

I don’t actually know but I keep a very heavy fruit bowl on it full!

do you need to use a shelf if you have a freezer drawer?

If u don’t need the extra space then no I don’t.. but I bought this shelf as I needed more room in my fridge to store things
