Kid Learning Cards and Pen Set
At the time of writing this review, the price for this kid learning set is £27.00.My son loves playing with the cards and pen/sand play set. This light-up sensory play tray is an excellent educational toy for pre-schoolers to learn while having fun. The tray includes red sand that glows when used with the included stylus to copy shapes, numbers, and letters from the double-sided cards. The stylus is designed to help children develop fine motor skills and pre-handwriting skills, and the sensory play sand can help them calm down and focus. The toy comes with a lid for storage, a 340g bag of play sand, 18 double-sided cards, and a stylus. The tray requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included. Overall, this is a great tool for parents or educators looking to engage children in a fun and interactive way to learn pre-writing skills.

Okay...
This sand tray has the added extra of being backlit, which makes it much easier to see the letters and shapes you make in the sand. Make sure you use only a small amount of the red sand provided otherwise you can't see the white base/light through the patterns you make. I would even use less than the suggest 9 ounces. The light isn't too bright but just right for the purpose. I wish the tray was a bit deeper to hold the sand in, as even with light play it was easily flicked over the shallow lip and resulted in a lot to clean up. The added pen is a great idea and gets your little one used to holding a pen correctly and the rake on the other end allows you to clear your patterns without needing to shake the whole unit. The included lid allows you to seal everything in and stop sand going everywhere between uses so you don't have to empty the tray each time you've finished playing. Overall I think it is about a tenna more than it needs to be (27.00 at time of purchase) but the prompt cards and the tray are good quality and will be used for a few years.

Light up tracing centre
This is a lovely way of teaching letters, numbers, artistic skills and honing those fine motor skills. My 2 year old really enjoyed playing with this, aiding his pre-writing skills and it helped my 4 year old correctly form letters and numbers.Excellent quality. The box has a lid to contain the sand. It comes with nice flash cards which show the direction to write the letters and numbers. A stylus and a rake is included but you can easily use a finger to draw with too. Great for sensory play, this is very engaging.

A Good Idea - Practically Not So Good
ℹ️ Light-Up Tracing Centre - ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️This light-up tracing centre is a good idea, however its not the best thing on a practical level. The obvious week link is the sand. Unfortunately its definitely going to get spread over the carpet. If that won’t bother you, than its worth considering.

Perfect!
Great learning tool for anyone looking to learn to write! Easy to use, works well and has become a staple in our home for our daughter, really impressed! Well made and safe for her to use. Its a light box in which you put sand over the top and they write the letter seen on the card in the sand, super easy! Really eco friendly too - no wasted paper and no worries about making a mistake!Verdict: Strongly Recommended.

Doesn't seam thought out
I think the idea of this is great. A really engaging way to introduce letter formation to pre-schoolers using lights and elements of sensory play by making marks in the sand and seeing the finished letter lit up.The execution is a little disappointing however. The base is not deep enough, meaning sand is very easily lost over the sides and after a few uses will disappear quite quickly. I think a lot less sand than suggested is needed otherwise the sand slides back and the letter just made isn’t visible. The light underneath is very underwhelming too.Like I said a nice idea, but very expensive for the actual product, the same experience could be had with some mud and a stick outside for no money at all.

Educational.
This in indeed a different kind of an educational toy ,never seen anything like that.I have ordered this for my three years old ,however as soon as I unpacked the toy ,I have changed my mind if using it now and that’s thanks to my two years old one.It can get pretty messy within seconds and all the sand can go to waste ,something I’m not looking for :)On the other side ,I find this both interesting and attractive, little ones can learn letters and number in a more fun way ,and not only to recognise them but to draw them too.The light once turned on is pretty bright ,and not all the sand is needed in order to be able to draw. You only need to fully cover the base ,really. It take batteries which are not included in case you want to gift this ,you would need separate batteries.Overall ,this can be an ingenious toy which is both fun and educative!
