My hand measures 4.5 roughly. I was thinking of the mediums.Any recommendations

My hand also measures 4.5 so I got a large and they were waaay too big. I use the dowel effect and they were still very big.

My palm size is 4.25. i am between small and medium. which one do i get. also, what is better for a beginner: leather or carbon

I originally ordered a small but the finger holes were to tight. I sent them back and got the medium and they work great. I don’t use the finger holes though. I pay on bar then wrap my fingers around. I ordered the carbon. They are great

Are there different hole sizes for the fingers? i have an xl pair, fit me fine but my german dad can’t even get a pinkie through the finger holes

The finger holes are small. I have a small hand yet I still cut each hole for easier fit. Also it takes some time and a lot of chalk to break these in.

Which size would be best for me if I want more of my fingers covered? I measured about 5.5" to the big knuckle on my middle finger.

An XL should work great for what you are looking for!

Durable, good grip and comfortable

Very happy with the purchase. Worth the investment - durable grips. I don’t use the finger holes as it is slightly less comfortable but so far so good!

Great product!! (Updated 2020)

Update 2020: So I got 2 years outta these grips. And now they are starting to tear. Amazing value as I’ve watched my CrossFit friends buy other brands and none have lasted longer than bear komplex. I’m back on amazon to buy another pair. 👍🏼Review: These grips are superb. I know everyone’s different but I have only ripped once since using them. Very light weight. I don’t use the holes (personal preference) so I kinda wish I had went for the larger size because of this.

Get a grip get these!

Had these a few months and they are by far the best grips I have had for bar work ie pull ups, toes to bar. Perfect fit and good value for money. Would definitely recommend them and they are a popular choice amongst many folk I train with for rig workouts.

Runs small

Run small. My hands are 4 inches and I bought a size S but there was no room to fold the grips under my hands or even straighten them.

Great! love them

loves these have them a good while still lasting. have changed my T2B a lot. Have no ripped my hands since. Key point i dont put my hands in the hols though i get better use with out.

Great handgrips

Great handgrips used for CrossFit. They fit well and are very comfortable. The strap around the wrist is quick to adjust so you dont need to take them off when changing exercises as you can move them easily around your wrist to free up your grip if needed quickly.
