**Update**The company reached out to me after my initial review. They sent replacement bulbs to me (as they have updated their technology in their bulbs). The shipping of the replacement bulbs were very quick! After I received the bulbs, I tried them again in the same light fixtures as before. One bulb connected right away and almost effortlessly in less than 5 minutes, start to finish. Super impressive! I then tried 4 more. These four, took a bit longer. I tried everything and anything I could think of. After 2 hours, restarting the app multiple times and screwing the bulbs in and out a few times, they connected! This was huge as before I never even got to this step. However, 3 of the 4 bulbs then wouldn’t fully connect as I had no color, scene or setting options. I continued to try various things and eventually they all connected as they should AND with all their settings!!! Connecting them to my Google Home was super simple and effortless. Once they all synced they have been amazing bulbs. I’d recommend these, just be patient and know it may take a bit to get them fully synced but once they are, they’re bright, colors are bright and true to color, dimmable, voice controlled through Google Home (in my case) and a great feature to have in your rooms. Also, a HUGE shout out to their customer service (Maggie) as they reached out, stood by their product, offered help and suggestions to get the bulbs to function properly, timely with responses, replaced their product with fast shipping and over all was amazing to deal with! Highly recommend their company for these traits alone as those are hard to come by in companies these days! Definitely updating my stars from 1 to 5 for everything they have done to ensure a happy customer and for the lights being as amazing as they described!I bought 8 of these. So far, I’ve tried to install 6 of them. So far only 1 works. I absolutely loathe the set up for these lights! You have to install an app (and sign up for it) then you have to pair the lights. After pairing then you can go through your Google/Alexa and set them up there. A lot of steps and useless app for a lightbulb, imo. Pairing the lights with the app is where 5/6 lightbulbs have failed. I’ve tested the internet and performed a speed evaluation and it’s using the 2.4, should be all systems go. I made sure the light was on and flashing. I worked over 90 minutes last night trying to pair 1 lightbulb and it never did pair; I put it back in the box. I’ve had one lightbulb (same house and set up) that paired within 20 minutes of beginning the process. I’m not a fan of these bulbs just from the set up process. I do not recommend these to anyone that has a life past installing lightbulbs.They are bright, from what I can tell with the one bulb. That is probably the only reason for the one star in this review bc otherwise they’re not even worth the one star.

These bulbs are amazing as bright as having a sun lamp or can be dimmed to any level less. Super easy to set-up on my WIFI 6E Asus router. I have had failures to connect to the 2.4 radio with other similar bulbs. Not so with these. Works with Google and Alexa, nice to be able to turn on or off my lights remotely

these bulbs are excellent, one flaw you must connect them to wifi to make them work properly although they work on blue tooth. The bulbs are plenty bright in white and have many colors and settings.

Best lights ever and work every time without a hitch unlike other that go out and don’t stay connected! Best purchase

Easy setup Just installed about a week ago. I love the ability of changing the color. They are good quality and I have had no problems with them.I will say that setting up the 1st one took me a few minutes, simply because I didn’t realize that I needed to have the same number as the light bulb. (Each bulb has a different number, and they are also on the box) Although, I am a blonde lol.

I ordered these bulbs from this company roughly about a month ago or a little bit over a month and one of the balls went out and I hadn't let the company know and they replied back really fast and said they were going to send a replacement out to me ASAP which they did! A brand new pack of four with no charge and I didn't have to send nothing back! This is my first smart balls I have ever bought and I like them and I call recommend this company to other people! Thank you guys for being a solid company and you guys rock and the new balls work well! Thank you again and give my five stars

These lights are a pain to pair all at once, if you have more than 1 light in a room you have to buy a subscription to change them all at once according to the room. I put 5 bulbs in my vanity fixture in the bathroom, was wondering why i couldn’t change the colors all at once because I had made a custom group for all the bathroom lights. Did some research to try and resolve the issue, turns out you need to buy a whole subscription ($21/3months) to even get any good use out of the app or bulbs. Like a literal subscription to get basic features of a wifi bulb, which gets way more expensive than some of the alternatives I looked at after a while of paying the subscription fee. I used feit electric lights for the longest time and had no issues, the bulbs still work great, and i dont have to pay any kind of fee to get all the features. The app is completely free and in my opinion has way more settings and customization options than this brand. I paid for a 4 count pack of bulbs and bought 3 separate packs. I was trusting the other reviews saying theyre really good and high quality bulbs. Which they arent lying, the bulbs are nice once you pay for the subscription, but if you’re on a budget or can’t afford a $21 dollar subscription every few months I’d recommend feit electric bulbs or some other kind of bulb that doesn’t require a subscription to be usable. Anyways I paid for the subscription but I honestly don’t have the money or motive to pay a fee every few months just for the lights to have all the features or for them to be usable. I’m going to cancel the subscription and probably just go back to feit electric bulbs, these are not worth it whatsoever. Also I don’t have any connections with feit electric or the brand, I literally just despise these smart life bulbs so much.
