Worked, once adjusted
The media could not be loaded. Easy enough to install. Wouldn't shut off initially but that was cured by popping off the small plastic cover in the back of the push button. That reveals a small Allen grub screw. Undid that, removed button, then with a small flathead screwdriver, adjust anti-clockwise to loosen the screw. That gave it free movement so it turned off. Then adjusted it clockwise again to slow it down to make the tap run longer.
