Absolutely love this! Good flavor

I got a sample of this item in a bottle and it was good. Decided to order the powder and big mistake.. Terrible tasting and clumps in the container.

Works well as a preworkout. Does not dissolve that well and the taste is really just meh. Gets the job done though.

Edited to add: I think there is a scoop included, buried halfway down the container. I'll use my tablespoon scoop until I dig it out.I've been trying to move away from coffee in the morning (I add too much cream and sugar in order to make it palatable) and this has been a great replacement. As others have said, it doesn't come with a scoop but if you weigh it, it's 2 tablespoons per serving. I only use one scoop to match my usual caffeine intake, and I put it in a bottle I can shake. It mixes really well if you can shake it and not stir it. I think the taste is great, much better than coffee. The first day I drank it I did have a tingly face and fingers, and a quick Google search revealed that it's the beta-alanine causing it. I drank it a little slower over the next few days and had no effects at all.

The powdered really doesn't dissolve well in cold water, so I've taken to preparing them at night. I fill the bottle with 16oz of hot tap water, mix in a level scoop of powdered, and 2 packets of monk fruit sweetener and stir. Everything dissolves and I refrigerate it overnight. It's not perfect, but it does taste good and it's better than nothing.

Great grape flavor and gives me lots of pep for the electrolytes and caffiene.

The product had moisture locked in it so it was all chunky and hard. So I'm sad about it 😕0/5 stars 🌟

I have been training for over15 years and was a college athlete. Fast Twitch has been around for a long time and was recently rebranded as a Gatorade product purchased from cytosport who makes the popular muscle milk. Say what you want about flavor and mix ability (flavor is fine and just takes a little bit more stirring), but the ingredients are actually legit proven to create results which I personally experienced.I take half a scoop pre workout, workout for 1 to 1.5 hours then follow up with whey protein (gold standard). Always leaner and stronger when on fast twitch.
