Easy does it
They fit nicely and make for a much cleaner look. You can hardly tell they’re there. I usually use a flat head screwdriver to help click them into place. Remember to make sure the lower catch is over the run on the patch port. Then tilt the top into place while pressing down on the “lock” tab.

Sturdy, latches into place well, but needs a tool to remove as a result.
Have use "normal" blanks with just top/front/bottom for several years. Although those are very easy to install and remove, they also break easily and sometimes bend so easily they just fall out. When i saw these ones with the side reinforcements, I had to give them a try. They still snap in place fairly easily, only occasionally needing a bit of a wiggle to click into place. But once in place they aren't going anywhere. Getting them out with just finger pressure is a major task. After just a couple I gave up and started using a screwdriver. That's to be expected with the stronger sides. And strong they are! The amount of force they withstood while trying to force the latch loose with my fingers was amazing. But just a light pry with the tip of the screwdriver right at the latch and they popped right off. Will definitely be buying more once this package is gone.

It worked!
There were holes and now there aren't.

Fills in unused positions.
I bought several wall cover plates for snap in connectors to build a patching panel. The patch panel I built has more positions than I need to use today. These snap in blanks were used to cover the unused positions. If I need more connections in the future I can just pop out as many as I need.

Perfect
Used these blanks with the same brand wall plates and the keystones from the same brand patch panel. Perfect color match, perfect fit.

They work as expected but...
They work as expected but, the little side pieces make them harder to install/un-install than the ones without the sides.
