Q: How does this work under continuous use? I want to set it and forget it. Also what's the power consumption like?

Quite low on power consumption... no notable difference in bill. Running continuously in studio bedroom area two years. I have 15 cu ft size. Tips: It will ice up inside. Be prepared to chip at or use a hair dryer every week or so to defrost. It also will have condensation in bottom. Make sure whatever is sitting at the bottom has a metal or plastic container. Paper will likely fall apart if it gets soaked. My regret: I thought 15 cu ft would be big enough. Should have gone "deeper" and larger. The 15 cu ft is just a little too shallow in depth to hold a carryout styro container usually 9" square. So I constantly have to repack any leftover food. ( I am not being weird keeping left over food in a studio bedroom. My main fridge is in the main house garage and with others sleeping early, I don't want to wake them. This mini fridge works well for someone on a different remote work shift from housemates.)

The box and specs do not specify weight so I weighed it on my bathroom scale. 4 pounds empty.

My Cooluli came with a USB cable, which I plugged into a "2.1A" port on a lithium-ion-based battery pack to power it for over 10 hours. It runs in eco mode while on USB, meaning the fan is off, which might cool it less.

I don't know of any battery packs that will charge the cooler, but it does have an adapter for use in a car. Maybe there is a battery out that will take that type of adapter?
