It’s a coarse chalk that doesn’t transfer from the tip to the cue ball.Seems very clean and haven’t had any miscues with this so far.Getting a circular chalk holder for this was probably the only inconvenience.

Lasts a long time, but don't drop it!
I like the chalk, it's the color of my felt so it won't leave dark blue marks on my new Simonis 860 Shark Grey cloth like my previous Predator chalk does. It definitely lasts longer on your cue tip than Predator, but don't drop it or it will start to crumble. Time will tell as far as the value for the money goes.
