I was struggling to manage my sleep with my newly acquired Cpap device, to the point that I was wondering if I would be able to continue long term with it. The mask becoming dislodged frequently and not being able to find a comfortable position. This has made the difference, I am still getting used to it but I now think it can be done. I absolutely love this pillow, I have had neck pain since I have been using it, cpap or not I will never use another original pillow again, the thickness is perfect for me , the whole support is amazing, the size is just right, dose not have any smell which some pillows have an awful smell, as I have sleep apnea my sleeping isn't too good anyway but has nothing at all to with this amazing pillow, I am going to order another one to put into our caravan, only one very slight problem is I wish I could get the exact same pillowcase covers, the feeling of them on my skin is so soft and gentle 🥰

Brilliant piece of kit, I can sleep on my side again without my mask moving. Very comfortable to use. The removable washable cover allows you to keep your pillow fresh and clean. Great value for money.

I tried this for my bad snoring as it stated that it helps with posture, and not just for people with sleeping masks.Whilst it did help with my posture, my snoring was still causing havoc for my partner, with him stating that my snoring was the same. I tried it for over a month, with not much success.It is however comfortable and I do think it is more suited to people with sleep masks and not just us snorers.
