The downpoint of this as some people mentioned you can't reach your back, well here's good news: just slide it in a sofa or cabinet and have your back massaged. simple if you don't have someone to reach your back. Don't over massage yourself for too long as this can fatigue your muscles for prolonged periods. make this around 10-15 or what your physician tells you. it also good for my ankles or bottom of feet
