What size are the colors. Are they half-pans or smaller?

These seem to be just over a 1/4 pan. They are very small, but I have not used yet. So if they are as pigmented as I heard they may last a long time.

are these paints washable?

Washable as in? They are watercolor so the more water u use the more diluted the paint becomes so it’s more like disappearing paint so I like to think they are magic!
