Fits and works perfectly

This cord saved my Peloton when we thought it was dead! My Peloton Bike cord got wet and stopped working and this has been a perfect replacement at the fraction of the cost of the cord sold by Peloton (as they make you buy it in 2 parts!).

Dogs chewed the Peloton power cable. This is a perfect replacement at a fraction of the cost of going direct to manufacturer.

After a slight mishap with the cable getting crushed, I found my old charger wasn't working anymore. This replacement did the job perfectly. It comes packaged in a sealed box, and powered up with no issues when connected. It plugs in securely, and didn't feel loose / incorrectly sized. The transformer didn't get hotter than I'd expect it to either. The little green LED is a nice indicator that it is working and energised. The plugs on both ends feel durable, and I doubt I'll have any issues with this charger that aren't my fault! Recommended!

This is a universal power supply which outputs 12 volts.Although it's sold as a replacement for a Peloton, I'm using it to power my Nobsound (yes, that's really the brand-name) NS-01G mini amplifier. I accidentally pulled on the plug of the original supply, and it became intermittent. This one works perfectly, and even looks about the same as the original. The only real difference is this one has an angled plug, and the original has a straight plug. It works exactly the same.

I do not know why it is described as just for Peloton.It is a standard 12V DC supply with a 5.5mm barrel jack plug.I am using for my astro photography equipment and works great and at just over 4A has a lot of power available.Just a suggestion for all power supplies like this if you are getting on a bit in years and the eyes are failing like myself. I now have a lot of very similar power supplies ranging from 5V to 24V used on all sorts of gear, astronomy stuff, marine aquarium filters and pumps to name a few. And all use the same size 5.5mm barrel jack plug and you can see where I am going here (can't you) the consequences of using a 24V on a 12V appliance can be end of life stuff (for the appliance at least). So now I always colour code the cable near the 5.5mm barrel jack plug with coloured ty wraps and also add a sticky label to the power supply body with the voltage (and amperage) clearly written on the label. It may sound going overboard but after wiping out over £2K of astro gear one dark night I wish I had done this before.I did manage to get most of the gear repaired but still it cost me and the gear was out of action for months.

Review of TKDY, 12V 4.17A, AC>DC Power Adapter,This power adapter is a useful piece of equipment due to it’s 12 volt and 4.17 amps output, whilst this is marketed for a particular brand of equipment many alternate uses can be found.The actual power supply is quite chunky and the power cables robust to cope with the 4.17amp output, when tested the output voltage recorded was 12.7 volts, the 240 volt plug has a replaceable 3 amp fuse as the adapter should only draw a stated maximum of 1.5 amp at 240 volts.In use the adapter coped with the high output of 12v/4amp without problem, this for an extended period without overheating although runs warm, the output cable fitted with a choke to avoid electromagnetic interference towards sensitive equipment, a blue light on the adapter indicates power being supplied.A useful power adapter seemingly well built, as for reliability only time will tell although the brand name synonymous with reliable power adapters made in China.
