Mattress is good. Satisfied with the quality as well as the seller. Had ordered 2 but recieved only 1. Seller promptly refunded for 1 even after return date passed.

Smaller size and Bad Return Service
I am dissatisfied with the product as it is smaller than the intended size and does not fit my bed. When attempting to initiate a return, I was only given the option to replace the product, despite the listing clearly stating that it is "10 Day Returnable." A replacement does not resolve my issue, as the size is unsuitable for my needs. I would like to return the product, not exchange it.
