Stains fabric, mine didn’t glo in the dark big wast of money

I got these to use for a football game but 2 of them were too liquidy for use at all and the others were okay ish. Definitely would be better use with a paintbrush or q-tip rather than fingers. They also are smaller than expected they looked a bit bigger in pictures.
