This looks well made but only time will tell.The element comes with wired in thermostat pre-set to 60deg.Wire connectors are good and easy to use.A new washer is also supplied.Worked perfectly for me.RecommendedI needed to drain down the cold water system to just below the immersion hole, not empty the whole immersion tank.The tank in the loft was the larger of the two tanks. The smaller being for the radiatorsBe careful when you undo the old element to avoid damage to the tank. They are very thin and damaged if the nut is very tight.I suggest you read information on the web.

Good value and working well. It came with clear instructions and everything need to replace the faulty unit I had. The thermostat is easily adjustable and is maintaining the correct temperature so far

Great quality, very prompt service, very good price and nicer to wire in than most other immersion meters, works well, I hve id controlled by a WiFi immersion heater switch, so programmed on timer and can turn it on for before I come etc.

I have had to put one star but in reality they deserve 0 stars!! Purchased in September 2019 and stopped working only 9 months later! Complained to company,, only to be told that as it was 'non-genuine' it only had 6 months guarantee!! Nothing about being non-genuine on their Amazon post. I am still fighting for my money. DO NOT BUY !!!
