Fitted this EQ and pick up to a friend's 12string -it sounds absolutely beautiful. (through 50watt Marshall Acoustic combo amp) It's the second one I've bought . The other was a replacement to my daughter's guitar when the old eq was broken. This is the same as a Fishman presys blend (even has the Fishman Name on it) at a fraction of the cost of original. an integrated microphone is situated on the back of the battery compartment, and the under-saddle sonicore pick fits into the bridge.which gives a mix of tones. Hinged Battery compartment so easy to use Incredible value for money.Weak Points: it's a fiddle to fit (there's no Cut-Out pattern to follow) and the tuner is not so accurate.But as I say, It sounds lovely. I am so pleased. Highly recommend this
