8/10, recommended if you're looking for something good, simple and cheap.
At first I was looking at a "more advanced" charger, something I can take with me when I travel so it should be taking 110V/220V and have international plugs. But then I came across this charger which is cheap and you just connect it to any computer of mains plug that has a USB connector or even in the car! I loved the idea immediately.I'm not giving it a full 5 stars because: - there is no indication of how much charge is in a battery (but what do you expect for the price?) - it doesn't come in/with a small travel bag or box (again, what do you expect for the price?) - you really need a bit of force to put the battery in. The spring that keeps the batteries squeezed inside is just a tad too strong. Don't get me wrong, it's not like anyone would have any difficulty putting the battery in but you'll likely use both hands instead of a single hand. The pro's are unbelievable for a little cheap thing like this: - 3 stage charging - protection against overcharging, overcurrent, short circuit or reversed battery - charges IMR high drain batteries - identifies input voltage and the quality of the charging batteries - charges 2 batteries in one go (admittedly slow over USB)The average USB cable is only rated for a max of 2.1A, so you can't expect batteries to turbo charge, but if you're happy with an overnight charge, this is the right product for you. Unlike my £70 Aspire vaping device for which I bought this, this has overcharge protection so I won't be losing sleep fearing my house will catch on fire or the battery will degrade. When charging, the LED indication is red, when fully charged, it turns green. Simple to use like that, but again, no charge indication so at no point will you know when a battery is empty or nearly fully charged. Simply make sure you have a spare battery or 2 and you won't have an issue with it.If you don't need a "supercharger", I would HIGHLY recommend this device. Delivery was really fast, free and correct. I never had to deal with their aftersales, but the order, payment and delivery was everything you could expect it to be.UPDATE:I am not going to change the product rating but I do want to add an important note for this charger. I bought a 2nd one of these and noticed that they're different in charging times AND charging loads. When I test a battery from the 2nd device I bought, I left me with a 4.14V charge on an 18650 battery. It was fully charged, meaning that the red led went out and stopped charging the battery.Taking that same battery and putting it in the first charger I bought, it immediately started charging again. I left it in there to see what would happen and after about 20 minutes, the red led turned green and stopped charging. I checked the voltage again and it had jumped up to 4.26V. So there's a 3% difference between 2 devices that should be identical. I consider a 3% difference acceptable, but the 4.26V is really on the outer edge of being SAFE and overcharging batteries will have a negative impact on the life and safety of your batteries. You have to know that it is not recommended to charge 3.7V 18650 batteries passed 4.2V and it is recommended to consider a charger faulty if it does. You should also never put batteries with a different charge in the same device. This means I can't charge the 3 batteries I need for my vaping mod on the same charger and defeats the purpose a bit of having bought a 2nd charger.

follow my instructions below
Not as satisfied as I hoped... it took me 2/3 minutes trying to work out why no lights went on at all when plugged in... I solved the problem by weighting down the charger & 2 batteries onto my desk & then putting tension downwards to the connection work. Yippee! but I've neglected to say that the small contacts at either end of the batteries only hold the batteries in place if held by an elastic band! now it works... But I won't buy another... I should stuck to my old charger for 4 batteries - this has never let me down & the batteries do not jump out!! BET YOU DON't PRINT THIS REVIEW!

Very useful
I had bought this just as a stop gap until I could find a more higher end charger but this one actually to my my surprise performs at the level I was looking for. Well worth the price and long lasting, a great buy overall

sturdy, charges well
Simple, reliable, sturdy, charges well, very cheap.Exactly what i wanted from this lipo charger. Paired with a decent amp in source from a high power moblie phone charger and it will do a set of batteries in 3-6 hrs depending on the mAh of the batteries
