I got the first swim cap about 2 years ago as a gift to keep my hair from getting bleached by the chlorine. I got the second cap on Amazon a few months ago after the first one ripped when I was trying to put it on. The first one was really too small. The second one is about the right size. It goes on much easier and works well, so I am happy with it. It does a pretty good job of protecting my hair, except right along the edge.My head is large. I have great trouble finding hats and helmets that fit. Even X-Large only fits from some brands and not others. While I like the new size, it may not fit as well on people with smaller heads. The company should think about offering multiple sizes.I have not used the nose plugs. I have tried the ear plugs but they keep falling out in the pool. I'm not sure what that means, since I haven't found any ear plugs that will stay in, and I have tried at least 5 variants.

I really like this swimming cap! The ear pouches allow me to wear ear plugs that stick out a little. There was also plenty of coverage for the hair on the back of my neck and the cap stayed in place while I was swimming.

This updated style leaks more, lets more water in my ears, and generally does not fit as well as the old one. I'm here to get some of the old style before they are gone.

My first bathing cap in over 50 years! Very nice experience. Stretchy, comfortable. Easy to put on. I have long hair and the cap fits well. Pulled my hair up in a bun, flipped the sides of the cap up and slipped over my hair. No problem. There is a video on the ordering site that shows you how to put this cap on. EAsily adjusts to fit. Very stretchy so you can pull it to fit where you need it to go. Excellent. Anxious to use it in the pool. Feels like it will keep the pool water off my hair. Play on using a deep conditioner under the cap.

I found this impossible to get on my head. I have medium length, thin hair and I could not get this cap on my head. In trying to put it on it pulled out several strands of hair. Sent it back.

I am going through chemo and have very little hair. I wanted a head cover when I went to the beach and to swim in the ocean. This cap worked great and better than expected! I didn't use the ear plugs. I did wear the cap to the beach/ocean. It stayed on for hours while I swam in the ocean and kept my ears dry. I swam and floated on my back for hours. The small amount of air in the cap helped my head float as well - an added bonus. It would have room for hair and it fits sung around your face to keep hair dry. I highly recommend this product for those that need a head cover that will stay in place even with ocean breezes and swimming.
