I received this product in a leaked and damaged condition. I immediately shared clear photo proof and followed Amazon's instructions, including disposing of the product. Yet, their so-called "highly intellectual investigation team" decided not to offer a refund or replacement—completely ignoring actual evidence from the customer who received and opened the product.I’m not chasing my wasted money anymore. I’m posting this review so future buyers are aware of how Amazon may prioritize internal judgments over real customer experience. Disappointing experience. Hope no other genuine customer gets treated this way.
