Awful defective product and terrible return policy
You need GM give me a proper return label. We contacted you a few days ago saying this chair is defective w two arms the same. You approved the refund which says take it to USPS who said the box was too big and then we hauled it to UPS which the cheapest cost to return is over $500 dollars! Refund us for this defective unit right now you scammers. China garbage!!!

Everything I wanted
Been wanting a chair like this for a long time and I finally ordered one. Had a bad experience with a similar looking sofa in the past that put me off from wanting to order and assemble furniture for several years, but this was doable to put together- I did it myself and it look patience but it was doable. I live on the third floor of a building with no elevator, but it was delivered to my front door so I don’t have to pick it up and lug it up all those stairs. It’s a beautiful chair as well. I am very happy with this experience. Price is decent as well.

they won't return items and only offer $15 for a $300 chair
the box came all ripped up, luckily the chair was not damaged. But I didn't like the chair, so I wanted to return it. They would not take it back. I had to pay for shipping and the chair is 300 pounds. That is too heavy for UPS and FEDEX wants over $4000 for the cheapest way. I am looking for other options. BUT the kicker is they only want to give me $15. DON'T USE THEM THEY ARE A POOR COMPANT!!!!

Nice reading chair
This is a nice chair, but it could be more comfortable for longer use.

Great so far!
Pretty happy with this for the price ($350 total with delivery as well). It wasn't too difficult to put together by myself without my husband's help. Having a drill with the hex attachment was super helpful. Comfy so far. I was surprised to find the cushion you sit on has springs in it..... not sure how that's going to hold up but we'll see.....

Not good fabric for seating
Not of good quality, the springs are giving and I barely had it 3 months , fabric is not good , it is wrinkled up,

This Lounge Chair is perfect
This lounge chair is EXACTLY what I wanted in my girly area! I couldn't love it more! It's extremely comfortable, gorgeous and a great buy. If you're thinking of buying it, just do it!
