At first these were hard to use, but as you use them they start to get better with each use. These work better than a foam roller. I’ve been doing my muscle releases with these. They are the right size for me, giving pinpoint pressure where I need it. If you have shoulder, neck, back, hip, or any other tense muscles or pain, these are perfect. I highly recommend following the videos on how to use these, which help a lot. These are suuuperrrbb for feet releases too if you are on your feet all day. Long day of walking at Disneyland? These are perfect for that! Great tool to bring along if you travel too!

Couldn’t live without my tune up balls. I’ve purchased many sets and use them all the time for self massage. The relief I get from these is just what I need while teaching yoga 7 days a week. I also have Jill’s book and it’s full of anatomy and inspiration!

I purchased these yoga therapy balls for my feet and legs. I like to get them out and use them when I’ve jumped rope. Too many days in a row and my calves are so sore or if I’ve gone on the long walk I’ve heard they have other benefits I’m not exactly sure of the science behind these, but they are nice to massage your feet with and stretch out your toes.

The item came as expected. And it is a nice package that can be used singly or together. Very smart. It works great to get rid of stiffness and discomfort; and for fascia release.
