Solar is a joke / marketing trick ... watch works decently other than that. Worth 500? No. I would never rely upon this device If I were say, on. long multi day hike. This is a consumer level device like my ipad. I don't rely on the ipad to save me or nav me in tough situations. It is handy for not looking at your iphone as much.

Yes, the learning curve is hard to get over. Three months and I am still learning about the watch’s abilities. Does so much more than I needed. I love the fit and finish, comfortable and clear.Shocked I can see when I am getting sick. Fabulous machine. Will buy another as a Christmas gift.

It does the Job, protects the exposed glass of my Garmin Instinct crossover prefectly.

This screen protector is great if you are using your watch indoors or always somewhere warm, but today I took it on a hike that got down into the high 20s and the adhesive became opaque after a while. It was fogging up from the middle, it would be way worse if it were used during skiing or something.
