After a trip to the ER, I recommend only washing this knife in the dishwasher. It is too unbalanced to wash by hand. It immediately slipped and fell blade down on my index finger and cut to the bone, as it’s both heavy and sharp.

You need this Stainless Steel Spreader Knife! The long handled option is exceptional at getting down into a deep peanut butter jar and getting every last bit of peanut butter out. Economical! I'm sure it can be used for other spreading purposes, and maybe one day my family and I will experiment to figure it out, but it is our trusty peanut butter knife, and now my peanut-butter-loving dad will find out how amazing this product is because he's getting it for Christmas this year! Good price point as the stainless steel is excellent weight and quality. Highly recommend!

I wanted a knife that spreads condiments on bread easily, while also cutting cleanly through sandwiches and rolls. My table knives spread condiments easily but tend to somewhat crush sandwhich bread or rolls when cutting. This knife is great for both spreading condiments and cutting bread. I was pleased to see it's even a little wider than a table knife, makng it even easier to spread with.
