What is there really to say? If it is good creatine it will look correct, it will taste like it should, and the results should be perceptible. Other than that you can look at a company and its policies on transparency. Though not always sourced here in the US, Naturebell has always been very transparent about their testing and COA’s. As a weightlifter and athlete for 20 years I can say that I will buy this creatine again, highly recommend

I have been using this creatine for years now and its great. No taste, dissolves quickly, really no complaints at all. Results are practically immediate with water retention and strength max output in the gym and rock climbing. Very useful in large doses if I am under slept. There is new data emerging that creatine is useful for sleep deprivation and I can tell you that my mental alertness is as if I have gotten great sleep every time I take this. I take 5 grams per day minimum and 10-15 grams on days I didn't get as much rest as I should have.

I decided not to use this after I did more research, but that was because of my own health issues. It came well packaged and fast. The price is good too. Just do your research so you don't buy something you don't need or will not use.

I’ve used different types of creatine supplement since 2019. Mostly powder, but I’ve tried gummies as well. With my ever changing lifestyle and my inability to sometimes consume creatine on my off days (because I can’t do powder in water..yuck) I found myself looking more and more into capsules to fill in on off days. This has become the ONLY creatine supplement I consume!As a female, I have learned that the regular 5g dose is just too much for me. It absolutely sky rockets my creatinine levels in lab work. While not inherently the worst thing, my organ health is very important to me. After 2 years of raised levels I decided that I needed to adjust my dose as a last ditch effort. 3g I have found to be a perfect dose for me! There wasn't any expiration or best use by date anywhere on the bottle, so I don't know how old my bottle is or if it's expired? I wonder if anyone else experienced the same.
