Very good and essential to help my recovery from a knee replacement. Fits very well , wraps around the knee with the straps supplied. Good value compared to other products on the market. Re freezes quickly for quick use after exercising. Recommended.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and was told to put ice on my knee multiple times daily. Bags of ice or peas just wasn’t working. So I saw this and it’s perfect for the job. Easy to put on and wraps around the knee easily.

I purchased this item to help my healing after ACL reconstruction surgery. It's helpful as it does not only ice my knee but compresses it at the same time. Also it covers the whole knee and almost the whole back of my knee too.As others mentioned it doesn't keep the cold too long, but for about 15 min, but that's the suggested time for icing so I have no issue with it. The only annoying thing is the strap as it has a two-sided velcro at the end and it sticks to everything nearby while I try to put it on or to my trousers while I wear it. Not that big issue though. I think for this price it's absolutely worth it and it helps my healing a lot. I would buy it again.

I've recently had a total knee replacement. Thank goodness I bought this in advance. It's brilliant, easy to fit and wear, and fast to re-freeze. Worth every penny.

Best feature is it stays cold for a good 25 minutes. I use it 3 times a day (icing) and have not tried heating it. It is not easy to wrap around your knee as the straps are a little shorter than I woild have liked
