I bought two, so was able to compare them. I put them next to each other under my tongue; one read 35.7, the other read 35.8. The almost identical readings suggests they are pretty accurate, although both seem a bit low for body temperature. So it is possible both read low by the same amount, but far more likely they are accurate and my mouth is a bit cold!There is one shortcoming: it takes ages to get a reading. You have to wait a good 60 seconds for the beep to sound (to indicate it has a reading), which is WAY longer than the in-ear thermometers I've tried. One minute out of your life is nothing, really, but it does seem a long time when you sitting there with a thermometer in your mouth..In summary: accurate, very slow to use, fantastic value for money.

Battery low and not registering temperature.Not fit for purpose.

Bought it for a child to take it with us overseas. Unfortunately, it doesn't beep when the temperature has been measured.
